I have been going here for years and these are some of the kindest people I've worked with. The women at the check in are always very sweet, the nurses are wonderful, and the doctors are very good at their jobs.
I don't even want to give them one star! I have been going round and round with this establishment for months almost a year. I contacted countless times about two different incidences and neither were taken care of! Both bills are in collections! Besides my constant contact and kindness I am fed up. They are rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, and forgetful! If you're in need of medical assistance, make the extra drive to Forest City or Mason City.
