Hygenist was kind and funny, if a bit unorganized. The doctor himself however felt like he was in and out as quickly as possible. I can't say he left me with any good feelings.

Was the only place I could find that took my insurance only to go and discover I'm in need of a root canal; which they don't handle at this clinc. They've referred me all the way down to Cedar Rapids, looks like its time to go back to making phone calls. In the very least I was able to get something for the infection and pain.

Said my insurance isnt real, its "welfare". Which is NOT true, it's disability coverage. Very rude, pretty sure he wouldnt remove my teeth due to my so-called welfare. He had no right to discriminate based on my coverage anyway.

Not trilled with my service. I am aware that sometimes you have to wait because of an emergency but the dentist is like "Well you were 20 minutes early thats why you waited an hour " I was on time and all I would have like is an "I'M sorry we were running late" 4 out of the 6 filling i have had done had issues ranging from being over filled so i had to have them fixed (so they didn't hurt when i chewed) to the one that fell out not happy one bit the problem is finding a dentist that takes my insurance. Now that i have one I am thrilled

There funny ,they know what there doing and talking about, not to far away to see them ,there nice ,there polite, they talk to you, .

A heavy handed hygienist scraped the softened enamel off my teeth. It caused so much pain, I was hurting for 3 days. When it came time for my second appointment, I had just had surgery on my hand. My ride fell through and because my appointment was on Monday, and I tried to reschedule on Monday, they didn't want to see me anymore. I recently tried making am appointment for a broken and infected tooth. They couldn't see me for 2 weeks. After some research, I found a local oral surgeon to take the tooth out. Even though I was intending on keeping my appointment with this office for my other dental needs, they refused to see me because I went to the oral surgeon on my own. Pain must not mean anything to this office. I missed a week of work and made 3 trips to the emergency room because of the one tooth I was to wait 2 weeks to be seen for. I guess as Medicade patients, we are bound by strict rules when we have very little choices in the dentistry field.
